Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, depending on stock availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping to the United States
We currently ship to customers in the United States only.

All orders are shipped with tracked and insured delivery. Our standard shipping option is currently Free Express Shipping, with an estimated transit time of approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that processing time and shipping transit time are separate. Most orders are therefore expected to arrive within approximately 4–8 business days from the order date.

Duties & Import Charges
Orders to the United States are shipped with applicable import duties covered by us. Customers should not be required to pay additional import duty upon delivery.

Shipping Address & Phone Number
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and a valid telephone number at checkout. Courier companies may require a telephone number for customs clearance, delivery coordination, or shipment updates.

Drunk Monkeys Store cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

Delivery Delays
While we work with tracked express shipping services, customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

If your shipment appears unusually delayed, please contact us and we will assist with the carrier where possible.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos or tracking information so that we can investigate the shipment.
