Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Made-to-order or customized pieces may require additional preparation time. When applicable, this will be stated in the product description or communicated to you after your order is placed.
Express Delivery
All orders are shipped with FedEx Express or UPS Express. Once dispatched, delivery is generally completed within 3–7 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Duties & Taxes
Any applicable customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by Drunk Monkeys on behalf of the customer. You will not be asked to pay additional customs duties when your package is delivered.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, postal code and telephone number during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays, and changes might not be possible after an order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays, remote destinations or circumstances beyond our control.
