All items from Drunk Monkeys Store are carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before shipment. Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and the delicate nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing expectations, or personal preference.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided that preparation or fulfillment has not already begun. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label
• A brief description of the issue

Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Please do not discard the item or its original packaging until your claim has been resolved, as these may be required for shipping or insurance purposes.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or use
• Tarnishing or discoloration caused by exposure to perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, moisture, or similar substances
• Items damaged after delivery
• Minor variations resulting from the handcrafted nature of the product
• Change of mind or personal preference

Refunds for Approved Claims
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
